Joyous Planting

The first day of planting many, many, many seeds almost makes us giddy!  The warmth of the greenhouse, the pleasantries of long time friends, and the pure amazement of the tiniest of seeds with the most spectacular blooms promised makes every bit of work worth it.  Since the greenhouse is located at Martha’s house, she babysits the tender seeds day and night with heat mats and plastic gently rolled back during the day and clothespinned tight for a good night’s sleep from the cold.  We will repot as soon as plants are big enough.  And, we are thankful that friends can’t wait to help us repot!
